The rules are basically the same as Forty Thieves but in Streets you build the tableaus by alternating colour.

Forty cards are layed out in 10 tableau piles.
There are four cards, face up, in each tableau pile.
Tableaus are built down by alternating colour.
The top card of each tableau may be moved.
Any available card can be moved to an empty tableau.
The foundations are built up by suit from ace to king.
The goal
The game is won when all cards have been moved to the foundations.
